Sunbrella Plus Sunset 152 cm Fabric

Sunbrella® Plus Faroe (SUNT2 P090 152) brings together modern, energetic yellow tones, the collection’s distinctive basketweave (natté) texture, and uncompromising marine protection performance.

Its solution-dyed acrylic fiber construction offers maximum resistance to the sun’s damaging UV rays and fading. The special polyurethane (PU) coating on the back combines excellent waterproofing, stain resistance, and mold resistance with technical strength. Blending durability for the harshest open-sea and coastal weather with a refined, modern look, this premium awning fabric suits marine protection applications from boat bimini and sprayhood systems to cockpit enclosures, steering and console covers, and winter covers, creating a stylish, watertight, dependable atmosphere all year round.

Key Features:

Fade-Resistant Color Technology: With solution-dyed acrylic fiber technology, pigments penetrate to the core of the fiber; color and shape retain their original vibrancy for years, even in harsh sunlight, intense UV exposure, and salt air.

Maximum Waterproofing (PU Coating): The special polyurethane coating on the back provides much higher hydrostatic pressure resistance than standard awning fabrics; it will not allow water through in heavy rain, storms, or sea spray.

152 cm Marine Width: Its ideal 152 cm roll width enables easy installation with minimal waste and seams for biminis, sprayhoods, console covers, and awnings.

Resistance to Harsh Outdoor and Marine Conditions: It offers excellent resistance to mold, moisture, rot, and wind loads, retaining its shape without sagging or tearing in harsh outdoor and marine conditions.

Easy Care and Practical Cleaning: Dirt, dust, and salt residue can be effortlessly cleaned with water and neutral soap; its special finish resists stains and dries quickly outdoors.

Applications: Marine and yacht use (bimini awnings, spray curtains/sprayhoods, cockpit enclosures, mainsail and lazy bag covers, winter boat covers, and equipment covers) and premium outdoor architectural shading (cassette/retractable awnings, conservatories, folding and fixed terrace awnings, and luxury outdoor furniture covers).
